Reporting Threats Against SHB Lawyer: Fairway City Hall and Police Department

"I have a friend at Sprint and can get you fired." Tom Carew

Since I have been walking after losing my automobile in the May 2014 drugging and kidnapping, originating in Mission, Kansas at The Village Inn, and progressing into Overland Park, Kansas, where Tom Carew, previous attorney-at-law whom I worked for a Stinson in 2005, and who I understand to be the Executive Vice President of Lansing Grain, in Corporate Woods, impersonated an Overland Park Police Officer, in a white Ford traditional-looking police cruiser, but with a tank in the backseat, and placing a tube through, in between the plexiglass, which was clearly not factory installed, into the encased area in the backseat, where I was handcuffed, and heard the noise of the gasses being turned on and off through the hose, as my head bobbed and I faded in and out of consciousness several times, in addition to the physical injuries inflicted upon me during the commission of this crime, and losing my Verizon phone, prior to applying for this cheat, crappy Sprint Lifeline phone, I attempted to notify Fairway Police Department that I am being stalked and often in their jurisdiction.

I attempted to advise Fairway Police Department I am often in their jurisdiction by submitting typewritten documentation and photographic evidence to the clerk sitting on the northern side of the window within the City Hall building of the City of Fairway. She clearly attempted to implement the "jurisdiction jumping" routine the first of the three times I submitted documents to her, informing me, a 51 year old grown adult with a law degree and KU Law jacket on, what I could submit to the Fairway Police. She then went through the documentation as she made copies and was asked to submit same to the Fairway Police Department in a sealed envelope.

Administrative Police Policies Regarding Making Copies While Innocent Citizens Attempt to Report Serious Serial Crimes and Criminals

Additionally, she then, not unlike the last time I submitted hand delivered documentation to the Mission Police Department and was sent, in the rain, with known physical injuries, and barely enough money to my name to make copies, after the Mission Police Department previously making copies of numerous hand delivered documents submitted to the clerk within the Mission Police Department, articulating some of the numerous crimes being posted on this blog due to the gross negligence of police duties, and in some cases, active participation in the gangstalking, slow-kill murder for sex, profit and power scheme, claimed there was a charge for the copies and envelope. She then told me the next time I will need to walk to the Police Department to make any submissions, not to submit documentation to the police department via City Hall, even though I was on foot.

Speed Walking in Fairway, Kansas

I have several articles of clothing evidencing electronic assault on various parts of my body, which also evidences same. As the gangstalking commentary was that I just needed to "trust the Mission Police Department," as my home continued to be entered, my food poisoned, my air drugged through the ventilation, etc., I began reading, at our local Johnson County Libraries (link to submission to follow), then overtly had a Merriam Police officer pointing a radar gun at me as I walked past him, that radar guns are on the electromagnetic spectrum, as the gangstalking threats received for years have been to give me cancer, not unlike my late mother, Marie Francis Schrader, who died of cancer a few months my children and I being targeted, me in a severe workplace mobbing at Stinson, as well as my children and I. This is my grandson shortly prior to being drugged and poisoned in our Overland Park duplex in 2005.

My Grandson just prior to being targeted by gangstalkers in Johnson County.

As I walked in the sweltering heat of a Kansas summer, at 51 years old with known physical injuries, a Fairway Police cruiser was sitting across the street near the Hen House in Fairway, undoubtedly so he could ensure my safety, and keep me in his sights for the furthest possible distance. My foot, which has already sustained various injuries during the commission of these crimes and threats against me, my person, my identity, loved ones, previous coworkers, prior law school professors and classmates, began to ache clear down the bone, to the point it hurt to walk on it. I should say it hurt even more to walk on it as my feet have already sustained numerous injuries, including but not limited to, second-degree burns I had on my feet 20 years ago, the cheap shoes I was wearing due to my Mission apartment being entered repeatedly and my property being destroyed or stolen, etc., even after notifying the stellar Mission Police Department. In this case, my shoes were cut, which is evidence that was not documented, and since the harassment has encompassed my career(s), I have only been able to purchase cheap shoes, rather than the leather my doctor instructed me to wear when I sustained the second degree burns, and even those being cut or otherwise manipulated,

as well as my feet sustaining injuries during the May 2014 crime during which I was drugged, struck electronically from Mission, Kansas, prior to the commission of the kidnapping in Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas.

Attempting to Report Threats Received Against Shook Hardy & Bacon Law Partner

I later attempted to report the slanderous accusations and gangstalking commentary I had received regarding a Shook Hardy & Bacon partner I worked for in the past. I walked into the Fairway Police Department and asked for an officer in order to file a police report. I believe she informed me it would be 20 minutes or so before an officer would be available. I said I would wait, but I then heard in the background (radio?) - "she's crazy" from a female voice. Since...

I had already walked from Mission, Kansas to Crown Center, due to the gross negligence and harassment from the Mission Police Department, in order to warn the Shook Hardy & Bacon lawyer about the situation and slanderous gangstalking commentary I had received about him in order that he might protect himself and his family, I exited the Fairway Police Station after hearing "she's crazy," and did not further attempt to document same. (See Gaslighting)

Please note: This posting has been articulated and posted while exhausted due to ongoing harassment, including, but certainly not limited to, intentionally interrupting and interfering with my sleep.

Steve, SemperFi or something like that.
Steve Puhr of Gardner, Kansas - politically active (Constitutional rights) - event while I was working for Tom Carew. A great guy, arrested for meth in some rural Missouri county a couple of years ago. I was then shown photos of people cleaning out his house, by the pictures going down my FB feed. Now I can not find the article regarding his arrest.

I strongly suspect Steve was set up and targeted. This is especially true since I was told, "We can make you guilty of crimes." I knew him for nearly a decade and never knew him to do such things. He works for himself (as in really works, not "hangs blinds") fiber optics. He was arrested, according to the previously published online article, in a small rural town. My child was also busted, when she was first targeted when we lived in The Crossings in Lenexa, Kansas, in a small rural Missouri town when her targeting began years ago).

Waterway Sexually Violent Phallic Graffiti Photo Request

Waterway Sexually Violent Phallic Graffiti Photo Request

In July of 2015 I was noticing the water and waterways in Mission, Kansas - especially how there was no life in the water. I did not plan to, but spontaneously decided to walk into the waterway in the office park. I had previously noticed the other end of the tunnel with do not enter ques such as poison ivy and rock one would have to climb down to enter.  The tunnel goes all the way under the Kansas University Medical Center's parking lot at 4350 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Fairway, Kansas.

I entered the SMP end of the tunnel one afternoon, which is in the middle of the office park, and walked all the way through it. The whole tunnel is or was full of phallic, very violent, sexually violent, graffiti - beginning with "f*cktards" and ending with "Isis."

Several months ago I hand delivered a hand written request to Mission Police Department, having provided several hand written hand delivered submission providing the framework and some of the greater context, to have photos taken of the graffiti. I have never heard one word in response, but there was gangstalker commentary regarding the graffiti and the request for photos to be taken of it.

Mission and Kansas City Kansas Police Departments - 3/8/2016

As I was once again walking into the Mission Police Department to hand deliver hard copy submissions, a Kansas City, (or WyCo) Kansas Police cruiser (Ford sedan, white) was also in the police parking lot parking in the row where the Mission Police cruisers park next to the building. As I approached the building, this police car pulled out of the parking lot in front of me, and parked on the curb in front of the Mission City Hall part of the building. A uniformed officer then exited the vehicle, who it was soon suggested by gangstalking commentary was Officer Mike, turned toward me with the car door open and stood there momentarily. I then observed another vehicle with a male driver resembling my late brother, Gail "Bo" Thomas Schrader, (who was dragged 85 feet down I-35) who then stopped behind me in the Mission Police Department parking lot, and exited the vehicle. Due to his build, when he exited the vehicle he more strongly resembled my brother Michael, who is a larger build. When he exited the vehicle he began engaging in directed conversation, which I completely ignored because I am so damned tired of their endless harassment, stalking, etc. I received this, as it was absolutely intended to be, a death threat against my youngest half-sibling, more specifically as threatening to do to my remaining brother what was done to my late brother.

A few minutes later I entered the Mission Police Station, a uniformed officer inside the police station, wearing a name plate stating he was Officer Adam (a large, beefy, perhaps, steroids body type), attempted to cause me to escalate or lose my temper, asked three times what he could do for me and each time I answered I want to file a police report, and he would ask again. He then, while looking me up and down as if I am trash, as well as other non-verbal ques, attempted to elevate administrative procedures above taking a police report [public safety], then stated, "You can file a report or you can leave." (The exact same phrase the young, beefy, uniformed Lenexa Police officer, in the Lenexa Police Station, said to me when I walked 6.5 hours to the Lenexa Police Department attempting to report their meticulously separated parcel of the parts of these crimes that were committed in their jurisdiction).

Jurisdiction-Jumping Gangstalking Game

The uniformed Mission Police officer, within the Mission Police Station, then informed me he will give me two options, at which time I exited the police station after stating, “You do not give me my options. This is about murder.” All of this occurred immediately following directed conversations outside the station and within the context of extended, well documented, questionable behavior throughout my stay in Mission, Kansas. [Trolls have this “cute” little fake name tag game which lends itself nicely to the deniability goal of gangstalking, as appears to have occurred within the Mission Police Station, as well as grocery store clerks].

This directed conversation delivering threats was reminiscent of street theater, appearing to be delivered by one police department (KCKPD) and facilitated by another (MPD), as I attempted to enter the Mission Police Station to file a police report about ongoing and other crimes. This occurred on the evening of March 8, 2016.

Additionally, I requested, in writing, following this incident that the Mission Police request the KCKS Police return with their prosecutor for me to meet with them. As has been the case with every single dealing I have had with the Mission Police Department, there was absolutely no response whatsoever.

3/8/2016 Incident

Mission Police Department, The Maples, Judge - 9/13/2015

Mission, Johnson County, Kansas Gangstalking Experience

Sunday, September 13, 2015:
Sunday evening I went for a walk to buy cigarettes.  I walked to the front entrance of The Maples, which is situated right in between the doctor’s office and the dentist’s office. Beside the dentist’s office, a silver sports car (300 Z maybe), a female dental assistant identified to me months prior as being the dentist’s car, sat undisturbed for months and months, maybe a year. I put my cigarette out in the green little ashtray can on the step of The Maples apartment complex, opened the door to walk through the building. As I did, by the time I reached the first floor landing, a man I call (privately to myself) Psycho Gardner (who I call this because of how hyper-vigilant he acts, and who resembles Tom Carew) shot out of his second floor apartment (southwest corner) and aggressively came down the stairs toward me. He got in my personal space, standing offensively close, and demanded to know who I am and to see my driver’s license. I asked him what his problem was, if he was the manager or owner, as he continued to demand my driver’s license. He responded he was not the owner or the manger, but that he “watches over the place.” This was not the first time this male has behaved so strangely to me, but this is the only time he has called police or verbally assaulted me.  I had previously attempted to make conversation with him as I was admiring the flowers blooming along the back fence. He had also stopped at one point in his car to stare me down while I was on a walk in that area.

I sat down on the back step momentarily while he continued his verbal assault, after giving me five minutes before he called the police for trespassing. “You have five minutes, because that’s how long it takes the police to get here.”  I walked to Dollar General to buy cigarettes and while walking back the Mission Police Department stopped me.

There were two officers in two police SUV vehicles: one marked and one unmarked. One officer, with a name plate “Adam” (there was a name tag changing game was played by MPD and grocery clerks) went in to talk to Psycho Gardner and the other one asked me for my driver’s license outside in the parking lot off of The Maples property (where they stopped me). This officer, who could have been “Mr.Smiley,” then repeatedly accused me of stealing bicycles, repeatedly asked me if I was on drugs, then asked me if I drink. He repeatedly asked me what I was doing and I repeatedly answered, then he’d ask me again saying he did not believe me. He was calling me a liar. I told him I put a cigarette out, walked through the building to look at the flowers around back on my Sunday afternoon walk to the store.

The other officer then came out of The Maples from talking to Psycho Gardner and the officer who was addressing me told me he (Psycho Gardner) decided not to press charges this time, but to stay away from that small apartment complex. I then asked him if I could put a cigarette butt out in the ashtray in the middle of the smoking patio across the street and he responded, “Until they call the police for trespassing.”  I do not think there was even a bicycle in sight, not like I could have put one in my back pocket.  This is also in the larger context of the speed trap scenario, the mockery of the municipal court system (including intimidation and verbal assault within the City of Mission court waiting room by a Barney Fife uniformed officer, and other non-verbal aggression from the Mission Police Department.

Then, a few weeks ago, while hand delivering some of these submissions to the City of Mission, the same judge engaged in directed conversation while he was sitting on the bench and I was in line at the Clerk's window. There were three people (or groups of people) in front of me in line, including a middle-aged white male who appeared to be an attorney speaking to another attorney. This lawyer also appeared to be engaging in the directed conversation. The judge looked up, looked out in the hallway toward me and stated from the bench, "Tom's baby."

In the street in front of The Maples is also where Tom Carew himself was in the street as I was walking back from downtown Mission, slamming a baseball into his ball glove as he stared me down as I walked by. (On a separate occasion).

Prairie Village Uniformed Officer in a Mission Hills Police Cruiser Arrest

Johnson County Kansas Jail, May 2016

Wednesday, May 4th I was walking to the KCMO Public Library (trying to avoid hacker trolls) when I walked through the Mission Hills Country Club. There were three trolls who challenged me verbally, then an older man who verbally assaulted me (presenting himself as the manager), and threatened to call the police. I have never had such a problem before peacefully walking through the Mission Hills Country Club. I exited the golf course and continued on my way to the KCMO Library

At the intersection of State Line an officer in a Prairie Village uniform (I was nowhere near Prairie Village), while sitting in a cruiser marked Mission Hills, addressed me verbally, while he was sitting at the light and I was waiting for the light to change to cross the street into Missouri. He asked me if I was the one at the golf course. I answered, "Yes."

He pulled over into the bank parking lot and began making a scene at the intersection with people looking, taking photographs and videoing. I would not show him my DL due to officers repeatedly asking for and taking my DL for no reason (identity theft in process and I have yet to receive a simple identity theft police report from Mission). I told him to arrest me if he's going to or leave me alone.

He grabbed my arm more than once, then would not let go even though I told him I have spinal and physical injuries he was hurting. He handcuffed me behind my back, which was also hurting my back injuries and sat me in the cruiser while 4 or 5 other cruisers pulled up making a scene. He did not read me my rights - Miranda or tell me what I was under arrest for. I repeatedly asked what I was being arrested. He first mentioned "trespassing," then later "obstruction." I asked, Obstruction of what many times with no response, until he finally said "obstruction of the identity process."

Additionally, while at the intersection of Shawnee Mission Parkway and State Line Road, the officer asked me if I wanted medical attention. I stated I do not until I have reported all of these crimes. He called them anyway and I was gaslighted by a medical person, male - who attempted to get me to sign a release releasing Overland Park from liability. I refused.

He took me to the Prairie Village police station, (Toni was a Prairie Village dispatcher years ago, 1997 or so), pulling around in back. We exited the vehicle around back and he took me into a deserted part of the station, photographed and hand printed me. I have no criminal record whatsoever - only traffic offenses. He then stated to two other officers who were taking me into their custody after he sat at a computer for several minutes, that there was another incident in Westwood. That was a lie.

Two other officers (perpetrators like to compartmentalize for passing the buck, inept responses and to avoid accountability "it wasn't me" "that's not my department" etc.) took me clear to Johnson County Jail on the or right off of the square in Olathe for "obstruction," which they claimed required me to see a judge. It was approximately 2:30 p.m. They then stated it would be in the morning before I would be able to see a judge, so I would be in jail over night.

The paperwork stated I was signed in by A. (appears to be "J," call to station stated "Andrew") Ward - the same name of the officer on the falsified Overland Park police report from the 5/2014 drugging and kidnapping when Tom Carew, attorney, impersonated an Overland Park police officer. Perpetrators later bragged of "having an officer in OPKS." I sat in a cell that was so cold I was shivering. This was causing spasms in my injured back, which the older female guard/officer at the guard desk responded - "You don't have a back injury."

I spent the next approximately 12 hours in a concrete cells with a metal bench shivering and having back spasms. I could not comfortably sit or lay down because I was so cold, as was the metal bench/bed. I asked for a blanket and informed the old female at the desk, as well as others I have back injuries (numerous times) and was so cold I was shivering - which was causing back spasms. She told me, finally, after many hours of asking for a blanket - "You'll get a blanket at midnight." That was the shift changed - when she walked out she sarcastically waved and smiled - I flipped her off it was so sarcastic - still leaving me with no blanket. Everyone else had blankets hours before I was given one when I had been asking for one all day. I could not sit or lay down comfortably that entire time due to the temperature, concrete, and metal furniture. (This is exactly what happened in Lenexa - in the lobby shivering all night).

Prior to being moved to another cell, a young black female was arrested right outside my cell. She appeared to be very upset and scared. I mouthed to her that she would be okay. This child, (18 years old) repeatedly asked for food - for several hours. Medical personnel finally saw me (not performing any kind of examination), and also refused to give me a blanket.

When the next shift started there was a black male officer, who said he will give me a blanket after he takes care of everyone else. Everyone in custody gathered outside my cell in chairs and were given blankets while I continued to shiver. I believe it was about 2:30 a.m., a couple of hours I think, after everyone else had gone to their cells with their blankets, before he took my photo, fingerprints and gave me a blanket.  He also gave me a mat to sleep on and a pillow. I told him I need more than one pillow in order to elevate my head while a sleep for medical reasons, I believe I mentioned that I had swallowed lye (Drain-o) as a child. (This sometimes causes me to aspirate in my sleep and my head in supposed to be elevated). He refused to provide me with an additional pillow. So I asked him if I could have an additional blanket to elevate my head. He refused.

To the best of my knowledge, the child (18) never did get any dinner. Additionally, I barely woke up in the middle of the night hearing someone screaming who I believe was her. (See additional articulate below).
The next morning a man came to my cell and told me the charges were dismissed. I never saw a judge. I was let out of jail and walked 16 hours from Olathe back to Mission. I was not allowed a phone call and my cell phone was dead, as well as my contact list lost when Tom Carew drugged and kidnapped me in 5/2014 and my Verizon cell phone (which also had photographic evidence on it) was not returned to me. During that walk, while crossing the interstate, which I had to do in order to get home, a Lenexa uniformed officer (who may have been "Mr. Smiley") on a motorcycle approached me while I was walking down what I believe was a public path, a golf cart paved path (golf course) on the north side of K-10.

*Last week when I was incarcerated in the Johnson County Detention Center (Jail, on or right off of the Square) overnight for persisting in trying to report serious crimes, a large (very muscular, 40ish) bald white male came on duty I believe at midnight. He then walked by the young black girl's cell (mine was next to it) and said, "I don't give a f*ck what you want." She then said, crying, "You promised." (She was still trying to get something to eat as she had been all evening). He responded, "I didn't promise you a thing, bi*ch!" I am disgusted by what I witnessed there, besides the very reason I was even there in the first place.

Johnson County Jail

The next thing I noticed was her saying she was "not going to pee in a hole." They have cells with nothing but a drain in the middle of the room (based on what I could see on the monitors in the guard station from my cell), which are displayed on monitor at the desk where all of the officers sit. So, for allegedly being caught smoking pot, this young girl (18) was not fed the entire night, humiliated to either not use the backroom or squat in a drain on camera (where I could also see the monitor in addition to all of the officers (male and female) and whomever else). Then, as I previously mentioned, I woke up late in the night to someone screaming, and I think it was her.

Gangstalker Commentary this morning (this was articulated and posted to FB on Kansas City Gangstalking - Exposing this Crap on or about May 9th), I was threatened that "the police brutality is going to get worse if you don't stop."

Now I am being threatened with bodily harm to stay in their jurisdiction rather than crossing over into KCMO. (I was arrested last Wednesday at State Line Road for absolutely no legitimate reason whatsoever) for "obstruction." Obstruction of what I don't know, but they finally said, "Obstruction of the identity process." Funny, when I have been trying to get a simple identity theft report for months.

Additionally, gangstalkers have stated that they (dirty cops) submitted the crime tips and took credit for solving the crimes I reported in order to cover their a*sses for not taking a full police report from me in the last six months I have been trying to report numerous crimes. Hence, my email was hacked last month (documentation deleted regarding the run around from Ashley of the City of Mission resulting in the suspension of my DL, as well as documentation, including emails sent to "Officer Bieberbach" of the Mission Police Department from the business card he provided me in the Mission Police Station), followed by my flash drive being stolen out of my home (more documented submissions), then my backpack being stolen and documents (the entire folder, including quite a bit of documentation, submissions, and a log of the dates of what I hand delivered in writing to who) removed before I found it on the side of the road missing key items and documents a couple of days later.

May Evelyn VanKemseke of Shawnee Community Center Rest In Peace

Evelyn VanKemseke, Shawnee Community Center
Evelyn VanKemseke, Shawnee Community Center

by Kelly (Schrader) Christensen
I considered Evelyn VanKemseke of Shawnee Community Center a friend. She helped me during some of the most severe times of this targeting. However, during the years I knew Evelyn he daughter Sylvia and her blonde, middle-aged male sidekick were consistently rude to me for no reason known to me. I heard Evelyn was not feeling well. I had her personal cell phone number which she had given me, in my Verizon picture phone, which was stolen during the 5/2014 drugging and kidnapping that originated in Mission, Kansas.

Since I no longer had her direct number I had to go through the main line and I was getting the run around for days. So I walked over there from Mission, Kansas, since I also lost my automobile in the 5/2014 drugging and kidnapping.  Sylvia attempted to prevent me from seeing Evelyn or even letting Evelyn know I was there, which she generally did make it as difficult as she was able to many times for several years.

Finally, I did briefly see Evelyn and asked her if she was okay. Evelyn’s face was flushed and she appeared disoriented, in a break room with no windows, which is the room next to her office with windows. Sylvia then viciously verbally assaulted me in the middle of the Shawnee Community Center in front of several customers. She told me to get out of there, that she was in charge now and not to ever go around her like that again. She raised her voice to me, telling me in the middle of the community center in front of several customers that I was not welcome there, to get out of there and not to come back. She also threatened to call the police.

That is the last time I ever saw my friend Evelyn prior to Bonita giving me The Dispatch newspaper article announcing her death. (November 25, 2015 issue)

May Tom Carew's Father-in-Law Rest in Peace

Tom Carew's Father-in-Law

1930 - 2011 James "Jim" W. Neville Sr. passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011. Jim was the beloved husband for 54 years to Mary Neville. Jim was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on January 20, 1930, graduated from Assumption Catholic High School, where he was a champion Golden Gloves boxer. He attended Spring Hill Jesuit College in Mobile, AL before leaving to serve five and a half years in the U.S. Air Force including service with the 58th Fighter Bomber Group as a fighter pilot during the Korean conflict.

While serving in Bismarck, ND, Jim met his wife Mary. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri in Columbia with a degree in accounting and was selected to the Beta Gamma Sigma national honorary accounting fraternity.
Jim started his post-military career with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., now KMPG. He continued his career with the Internal Revenue Service, and was selected to the Executive Management Services division where he managed various regional functions and served on a national task force to integrate computer systems. He was granted the Assistant Commissioners Award in 1989. Widely respected, Jim was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Federal Employees Credit Union.

Jim was an avid fisherman, who for years fished at Bennett Springs, MO and often traveled with his son Tim to fish local lakes as well as in Minnesota and Canada. He also enjoyed fly-fishing and tying his own flies. Although he caught many large fish, Jim received perhaps his greatest fishing notoriety for having tussled with a great blue heron that "caught" the same fish as Jim. Jim also enjoyed golf. He played with co-workers, buddies and his sons.

In 1991 he joined the august club of those that have made a hole in one. Jim attended mass daily at Nativity Catholic Church, actively participated in the Knights of Columbus and cherished his daily gathering of coffee buddies after mass. Jim, along with his wife Mary, was a volunteer to various charitable organizations, including the Seton Center, the Uplift Program for the Homeless, St. Mary's Food Kitchen in Kansas City, KS and the Knights of Columbus breakfasts and Lenten fish fries. Jim will long be remembered as a loving family man, who was quick to laugh, and had many friends.

Fondly known as "Pop", Jim's first love was his family. Jim is survived by his wife Mary Neville, his five children Julie Neville Carew and husband Tom of Leawood, KS, Patricia Neville of Overland Park, KS, Brigid Neville Ohlemeyer and husband Bill of Greenwich, CT, James W. Neville Jr. and wife Missy of Mission Hills, KS, and Timothy Neville of Leawood, KS, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

There will be a rosary held on Wednesday February 16, 2011 at McGilley Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO at 5:00pm and a visitation to follow from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. A memorial service will be held on Thursday February 17, 2011 at Nativity Catholic Church, 3800 West 119th Street Leawood, KS. The service will commence at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of James W. Neville, Sr. may be made to the "Nativity Knights of Columbus" to be used for new seminarians.
